•  Video Editor:

Responsible for video editing, video effects and animation for monthly company Webinars and All Hands Meetings. Pre and post-production duties include recording and directing video shoots, footage clean up and adjustments, creation of animation and motion graphics as requested, video editing to convey the importance of storytelling, messaging and pacing. •  Brand Management:

Responsible for rebranding twelve acquired companies collateral to our company branding guide standards and practices. Created collateral across the company for user guides, quality control documents, data sheets, brochures, style guides, power points, banners, logos and ads. Reformatted and updated all layout, trademarking, product naming and documents and templates making sure current brand guidelines were consistently followed and executed while managing projects across multiple departments. 

•  Web Graphics & Images:

Responsible for Front End updating and creating elements for Spectrum’s domestic and foreign language websites including updating page content by creating custom images (banners, promotion graphics, animated content, product photography) for their US and foreign sites.

•  Email Marketing::

Responsible for the creation, preparation, and production of worldwide email product campaigns sent to recipients in seven countries. Duties included creating and maintaining the company’s various email templates using HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Used the Delivra email system to upload, coordinate and send out multiple campaigns to different countries. Worked with translation companies to translate our templates effectively into different languages. Managed the production workflow on all email campaigns and provided monthly email reports to the VP of Marketing.

•  Graphic Design:

Responsible for Front End updating and creating elements for Spectrum’s domestic and foreign language websites including updating page content by creating custom images (banners, promotion graphics, animated content, product photography) for their US and foreign sites. Photographing and digital clean-up of company products using Adobe Creative Cloud. Prepared images for their final output including web use, email, social media, and print production.

• Social Media/Google Ads:

Responsible for weekly Google Ad campaigns for multiple products. Duties included writing, tracking, adjusting, budgeting demographics and keywords for $5,000 monthly budget. Management of social media accounts for the company including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Created web banners and ads; supplied content writing, uploaded and prepared images and videos, provided various company updates and supplied relevant content to all social media posts.

• Document Design & Layout:

Provided company branding, layout and formatting, image creation, and content editing on various company instructional manuals, data sheets, posters, and brochures in Quark and Adobe Creative Cloud.
